What is TurboFoam and how does it work?
TurboFoam is a powerful, biodegradable pre-wash snow foam detergent that creates a thick, clingy foam to break down road film, grime and bird droppings before you touch the paintwork. Used as a pre-wash, it removes the bulk of surface dirt safely, helping to minimise swirls and scratches during contact washing. TurboFoam is safe on all vehicle types, including those with wax, sealants or ceramic coatings.
What dilution rates should I use for best performance?
To use TurboFoam, simply add 50ml of product to 950ml of water in a 1-litre snow foam lance. Apply evenly from bottom to top, allow the foam to dwell for at least 5 minutes, and then rinse thoroughly with high-pressure water. For best results, avoid applying to hot panels or in direct sunlight, and do not allow the foam to dry on paintwork, glass or alloy wheels.
Which vehicles and surfaces can I use TurboFoam on?
TurboFoam is suitable for use on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, vans, buses, HGVs, trams, tractors, and industrial machinery. It is gentle on paint, clearcoats, glass and plastics, and highly effective on everyday contaminants such as road film, bug splatter, pollen and bird mess. It’s an ideal pre wash step in any professional vehicle wash process.
What are the key benefits of using TurboFoam?
- Powerful yet paint-safe: Removes heavy contamination without contact.
- Clingy formula: Provides extended dwell time for improved cleaning.
- Scratch prevention: Reduces the risk of swirl marks by softening dirt pre-wash.
- Safe on coatings: Will not strip waxes or sealants.
- Environmentally responsible: Solvent-free and readily biodegradable.
- Cold water compatible: No need for heated systems, saving energy on site.
Which pack sizes are available?
TurboFoam is supplied in a wide range of B2B-friendly sizes to suit operations large and small:
- 1L bottles (packs of 6 or 12)
- 2L bottles (packs of 6 or 12)
- 5L containers (2 or 4 packs)
- 25L drums
- 200L barrels
This flexible range suits everything from mobile valeting vans to fixed-site fleet depots and dealership wash bays.
Is TurboFoam safe to use and store on-site?
Yes. TurboFoam is non-caustic and has a neutral pH (6.0–8.0) making it safe to handle when diluted. It has a flash point above 93°C and is classified as readily biodegradable, so it’s environmentally sound. Store the product in its original container, away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes. Always refer to the Safety Data Sheet for guidance, and rinse empty containers before recycling.
