Why choose TurboPower?

  • Exceptional underside cleaning: TurboPower is highly effective at removing stubborn build-up from chassis, suspension components, wheel arches and the underside of vehicles, areas often missed by standard wash systems.

  • Essential for MOT preparation: A thorough clean before MOT inspections helps reveal any hidden issues and presents your vehicle in its best condition.

  • Perfect maintenance step: During servicing, maintenance or repairs, TurboPower clears away grease, dirt and contaminants that can hinder workshop operations or contribute to corrosion.

  • Rapid results: Applied during the pre-wash stage, it quickly cuts through winter road salt, baked-on mud and organic deposits, making your process more efficient.

How to use

Pressure washers & foam lances:

  • Dilute using a 4% ratio (1:24) with either warm or cold water into a pump sprayer or spray bottle

  • For example, use ~ 40ml of TurboPower with a 1 litre container or ~ 200ml with a 5 litre container

  • Allow a contact time of 2−3 minutes before rinsing clean with high pressure water

  • Do not use in direct sunshine or allow TurboPower to dry to the vehicle surface

HGVs & curtain-sided lorries:

  • For cleaning heavily soiled HGVs and trailers, apply by pressure washer at a 10% dilution (1:9)
  • You may adjust the chemical flow rate of the pressure washer based on the level of soiling and water pressure
  • Allow a contact time of 3−4 minutes before rinsing clean with high pressure water
  • Do not use in direct sunshine or allow TurboPower to dry to the vehicle surface

TurboPower is particularly effective through a pump pressure sprayer on tyres, wheels, inside wheel arches and suspension components.

Note:

On older vehicles and damaged or worn paint film, we would recommend spot testing in an inconspicuous area prior to use. This can be an issue particularly with red paint or associated colours. Care should be taken to avoid direct contact with disc brake systems.

What makes TurboPower TFR different from other traffic film removers?

TurboPower is a powerful yet environmentally responsible TFR that breaks down traffic film, oil, and grease quickly. It is biodegradable, non-caustic, solvent-free, and safe on all vehicle types. It is low foaming, which reduces rinse time and minimises slip risks on workshop floors or driveways. Designed for commercial efficiency, it delivers excellent results without compromising on surface safety.

What dilution rates should I use for best performance?

For most vehicle exterior cleaning, a 4% dilution (1:25) is recommended, that’s 200ml of product into 4750ml of water in a 5L pressure sprayer. For heavily soiled HGVs or trailers, increase to a 10% dilution (1:10). Apply evenly, allow 2–3 minutes of dwell time, and rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer. Avoid use in direct sunlight or allowing the product to dry on surfaces.

Which specific areas of the vehicle can I clean with TurboPower?

TurboPower is highly effective on wheels, tyres, arches, suspension components, and underbodies, ideal for fleet and valeting environments. It removes pollen, baked-on mud, bird mess, and bug splatter with minimal agitation. The low-foam formula means quicker rinsing, less chemical run-off, and faster drying ,making it ideal for time-sensitive MOT prep, detailing, and regular fleet maintenance.

Which pack sizes are available?

TurboPower is supplied in a wide range of commercial and detailing-friendly pack sizes:

  • 500ml bottles (6 or 12 packs)
  • 1L bottles (6 or 12 packs)
  • 5L containers (2 or 4 packs)
  • 25L drums
  • 200L barrels

This range makes it suitable for small workshops through to high-volume fleet depots.

Is TurboPower safe to handle and use on-site?

Yes, when used as directed. TurboPower is safe for general use but chemical-proof gloves must always be worn when handling the concentrate, as skin contact may cause irritation. In the event of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with cold water and seek medical advice if irritation persists. Always follow site COSHH procedures and refer to the product Safety Data Sheet for full handling guidance.
