For environmental reasons, an increasing number of cardboard box colour overprinters are moving towards the use of water based inks. It is important that the cleaning agents applied to clean equipment at the end of working shifts and at colour changes during production runs are also environmentally safe.

Where to Use

A unique water based cleaning formulation designed for use on most water based paints, dyes and inks used in the printing industry.

How to Use

• Use at a starting dilution of between 2-10% (1:98 - 1:9), depending on level of soiling.
• Use via spray or brush application.
• Rinse after use.
• Can be used as supplied in dip tanks for heavily soiled items: soak for 10 minutes, then
rinse with clean water.
• Note: ink effluent (containing Aqualem R) should be processed in interceptors before discharging to foul sewers.
